Tony Hancock and Thomas Collins, both certified law enforcement officers, founded C.O.P.S to use their expertise and knowledge to help young drivers learn skills that will prevent collisions and keep them safe. After full careers in law enforcement, educating new drivers was a natural progression.
We have two of the nine South Carolina Law Enforcement Master Instructors teaching teens the rules of the road. Our educators are professionals with many years of law enforcement and highway safety experience, not people with other jobs who teach driver education on the side. Just take a look at our credentials.

Unprofessional and not very truthful. Signed my daughter up in February to attend a class in March and on the day she was supposed to be picked up, we got a text message saying they lost our phone number and address, so we could reschedule for 2 weeks later! NO THANK YOU! How you gonna lose my number and then text me, and say you lost our address and want to drop off paperwork the next day? Umm, lie much? We will find someone else to teach our daughter to drive, A school that actually cares and is truthful and WANTS to take our money!
