SCAM? The course was fine. I noticed that they have been charging my credit card $5 a month for "roadside assistance" that I was unaware of and that I certainly don't need. I would definitely recommend going with a different company.

Unauthorized charges to your credit card after using their online service. If you want to get ripped off and get the run around try these people. Both times my children took the online course I was charged 5.00 a month for roadside assistance I didn't authorize. It took months to get these idiots to stop charging my card. Absolute rip off and fraudulent, should be put out of business for criminal embezzlement.

Critical: Communication $5 a month on my card is not ok for roadside assistance!. He doesn't even drive yet amd I have my own coverage! My son didn't finish his VERY LONG readings in time and he had to pay an additional $50. This wasn't clear when we chose this site.

This driver's ed is a scam. They sneak a bogus $5 roadside assistance monthly charge on your credit card, then when your kid completes the course, they want money to Fed Ex the certificate to you or it takes 10 days to get it. It's extorsion. Beware. Go with an online company that lets you download the certificate and doesn't try and hose you with a roadside assistance charge.

Do not ever use this company. Since the shut down, they are missing in action and we cannot get our money back or get our son's final lessons to get his license. It has been hell trying to reach them. Save yourself and do NOT use them. By the way, the phone number on their Yelp page is no longer in service. Why they have an active Yelp or web page is strange.

DriversEd.com is using COVID-19 to scam it's customers. I signed up for the Instructor led course. My child completed all of the classroom instruction with DriversEd.com. Once COVID-19 hit, the company stopped offering in car lessons. So I called the TDLR (TX agency) and they instructed me to complete the driving portion as parent taught and gave me a list of approved vendors.

I completed the behind-the-wheel with another vendor. DriversEd.com is refusing to provided the certificate of completion for the classroom portion unless I purchase their behind-the-wheel course. There is no legal reason do this except to force the customer to purchase from them. They are unethical and scamming their own customers. RUN AWAY & USE SOMEONE ELSE.

My daughter took lessons via this site. We're in Texas. Now I've learned driversed.com is in California. I probably wouldn't have minded that at the outset but now that there are problems its clear they aren't familiar with Texas details. Everything was great until they stopped managing behind the wheel training themselves. Now we are left with an incomplete course and they are making it impossible to get the correct paperwork for the online portions that definitely were completed so we can transfer to a local school.

The customer support people have been friendly enough but are very hamstrung by their systems. Minor things are referred to managers who _never_ call back. Maybe I'll add more stars if they ever send me the certificate of completion for the online portion. What a joke.

Daughter took the online course, past the test, received the certificate. CA DMV said "this is not our course" so she now has to study the real DMV handbook and take the real DMV test to get her permit. This company is in no way connected to the CA DMV, your paying just to practice and get a bogus certificate. Don't waste your money, get the handbook and study then go to the DMV. Wasted our time, money and created a very sad child on what was supposed to be a special day.

I used this website to complete online teens drivers education, but at first I was so skeptical about the site because of the numerous bad reviews I have read. However, in the end I had nothing to worry about! I completed the course and saved so much money in comparison to other courses. The material was so easy to understand and helped me learn and comprehend so much, I feel super confident that I will pass my permit. My pink certification of completion was delivered in expected time with no complications. I would definitely recommend.

Waste of money. Waste of time. My son spent hours and hours gettig through the material and passed successfully. They did not send him a certificate of completion, which is required by the DMV. I emailed and called and left messges. Never got through. Never got anything back

Richard was so nice and helped me with parallel parking. He made the drive comfortable and calm. Hugo was also very nice and never made me a nervous driver, again a calm and comfortable drive.

I really enjoyed my experience taking adult driver's ed. I had all my lessons with Lisa Hudson and she is so patient and made me feel comfortable since our first lesson. Thanks to her i just took my road test and i passed! Would definitely recommend her if you're thinking about taking lessons here.

This place started out great, albeit pricey, but we had lots of good recommendations. Our kid completed all but the last driving lesson, then suddenly, I couldn't get a hold of them to save my life. Left emails, they called back and told me to leave my name and number with a "call center" as they no longer took incoming calls, and to call before they closed at 4pm. Ok. so twice I was able to break away from work between 3:30 and 3:45, and both times the recording said that I called "after hours", despite the recording saying 4pm.

So frustrating -- my son needs this last lesson before his driving test! Anyone know what happened? All I can say is that this company is a huge NO in terms of our recommendation - run away!

Our experience started well. The instruct was super cool with my daughter, knowledgeable and even accommodating when my daughter had to reschedule. My daughter got sick with a fever the day she was supposed to do her final behind the wheel lesson. Somehow, someone picked up the phone and was quick to charge me $50 for cancellation fee. Which I understand since we cancelled the morning of. HOWEVER, five weeks later and we still haven't been able to get a hold of anyone to reschedule.

My daughter called daily during business hour. She always received the "please call back during business hours" voice message. No option to leave a call back number of voicemail. I reached out to them through there "contact us" email.to no avail. I would NOT recommend them. Hope someone from DriversEd.com is actually reading this and will reach out to us. So frustrating!

I should have read the reviews here before I enrolled a course. The app is very buggy. It won't continue after every video's play. The question set up for the video does not make sense at all. It asks the details which are not educating anything. And you have only 1 chance. If failed, you have to watch the 10min or 20min video again.

I signed my daughter up for drivers ed through drivers Ed.com which says "Course FREE with in-car lessons". When you click on the deal to sign up, you see it mentions and free coaching session and another message that says "Take your certificate to the DMV to get your permit and start in-car lessons." So she does the course, takes her certificate to the DMV and I call to schedule her in-car lessons and they tell me that they don't provide the 6 hours of in car lessons and that it's actually just a free coaching session.

So now I paid $60 for an online class which would only be $20 in town and I have to pay an additional $300 for in car lessons. And to top it off, they said they don't offer coaching sessions now either. They stopped January 26. I called the 29th.

Great experience with the behind the wheel segment of drivers ed! I had most of my drives with Lisa Hudson and she was a great teacher for me. She was very involved and focused on helping me become a better driver, she genuinely cares about kids learning the art of driving.

I was incredibly anxious at having never even touched a steering wheel in a car before, and Ms. Hudson immediately made me feel welcome, before I even began driving. Memorizing procedures such as parallel parking and stopping were far easier, as instead of piling numbers and angle degrees on, she simplified things to make them easier to understand by using things like landmarks to make the learning experience more visual. She was incredibly accommodating and easy to work with, and helped me focus on my individual shortcomings as a driver while still teaching me all I needed to know.

My daughter Gabriela had her first 3 lessons with Long, from 1st time we meet him we were absolutely comfortable with him taking our daughter for her lessons. She absolutely adores him. She was very happy with all her lessons. He made her feel confident behind the wheel Long came highly reccomend by the Redwood City parents as a great instructor and I'm so happy to say I agree 100 %. He is personable, alot of patience, knowledgeable very positive experience all around. Cant wait to finish off her remainder lessons with him. I highly recommend Long.

I can't speak for the other instructors, but my daughters instructor fell asleep while she was driving during her second lesson! I'm seeking legal counsel because if you put my, or any child, in danger, you're going to have consequences. Do not use this company. Period.

I just got my Texas Driver's License last year. I would definitely recommend LISA if you need an awesome, patient, and friendly instructor. She's the best! You'll will learn a lot of cool techniques in driving. She's so efficient and always on time. The best and kindest instructor ever.

Richard Castillo is a great instructor, I am coming from other country and he shows patient and professional on teaching me. Thanks so much. Today I receive my driving license, after 2nd lesson with Richard again, I have more confidence and gain more driving tips on the road. I fully recommend Driver Ed and Richard as a best instructor for anyone.

I am so glad I found Drivers Ed and got Long as my instructor! I started off being actually terrorized at the idea of driving but Long really helped me surpass my fear! He is understanding but also pushes me when I need the push! I now feel a lot more confident and am actually excited to have my next lessons with him!

My first driving lesson was very good. The instructor name Richard was an excellent, he was very patient keeping in mind every movements of mine and explained very well where I was making mistakes. He made me very comfortable with driving. I would like to have him again in my future classes. Thanks again!

Seems that after 22 years this company is crumbling down. I regret so much that I didn't check all of this before putting my money into this company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY and do a favor to the rest of the people and give your review in any place you can to make people think twice before trusting this SCAM. Also I will do everything in my power to ensure that the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles have a consideration on all reviews in order to take this company out of their approved listing of course providers.as I choose this company from the flhsmv.gov site and thus made me believe this was a trustable company.

In detail: Made the 4 Hour Florida Drug & Alcohol Online Course. Passed successfully. Also made the mistake to pay for the "instant" proof of completion. Another $10. 5 working days after and they have not sent by email the "instant" proof and WORSE they have not sent to the DMV the info of the completion of the course, so i'm stuck, no chance to have my first time FL license because of them.

I have done already 6 calls and 7 chats to a Live Support located in a place far away. They keep apologizing for "technical details" and saying that within the day everything will be solved.but as you may wonder nothing has happened. Keep seeing in the Dashboard the message "Please login to your dashboard after FEW MINUTES and download your proof of completion" Now starting to get into legal action for compensatory damages, as well as the claim on the banks and will start to spread out the word on the internet about this SCAM.

Signed up for the package with 10 hours of lessons. Extremely difficult to schedule so had to cancel. No online scheduling, including via email. When I called most times were completely booked out in a month+ in advance. But they only open the schedule a month in advance! Finally booked a month out on a Monday night when it will already be dark. Not ideal to start learning at night. Very disappointed and trying to find a better company to use.

On my first driving lesson Ms. Lisa made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Being a new driver I was obviously nervous but she made me feel so welcomed. I learned so much from her and I am now a very confident and able driver. She always had a kind word to say. She was my favorite instructor because she kept it simple and didn't flood me with a bunch of information at once. So I would definitely ask to have her as my instructor again and again.

I have been trying for weeks to get some kind of response - either by phone, email, or message. My daughter didn't use all of her lessons and was promised a refund within 30 days. It's a considerable amount of money. 1. Why on earth does a refund take 30 days!? 2. Why can they not communicate? Oh, I know, they don't want to provide a refund.

This is blatantly avoidance behavior to get me to give up demanding my refund. You'll also notice there's no physical address for the business so you can't even drop by the office to request your money back.

Driversed.com is run by pure garbage humans. They don't answer their phones. Don't respond to emails in a timely manner. When they do respond weeks later they say that it's too late for a refund since so much time has past, yeah since you can't reach a real person within the refund period. They also told me they paid the court my fee and the court says they never received it. Just a garbage enterprise please take your business elsewhere.

I attempted to voice concerns about technical problems with the website a week in advance of my course due date; the website was not saving my progress after repeated run throughs of sections. My many emails were ignored, waiting an hour on the phone TWICE IN ONE DAY, in addition to the calls I'd placed during the week, yielded me no response, and my live chat experience?

It took me over an hour to get through a queue of less than 10 people. My customer support agent told me I'd be receiving an email within an hour or 2. 8 hours later, no response. Thanks for nothing I guess? Despite all this, I did the coursework as well as I could, despite progress being removed over and over by repeated breaks (after making me take a break multiple times in the same night, my progress on the same few slides was deleted by the website multiple times).

I finished the instructional part of the course. All I have to do is take the test right? Well, the website requested I take a "short break" in broken grammar, which ACTUALLY meant it forced me to wait an hour before I could take a 50 question (20 minutes or less) test. 20 minutes into the timer, my course expired. At 99% completion. Because the website LOCKED ME OUT OF TAKING A TEST THAT I WOULD HAVE FINISHED BEFORE THE 4 HOUR REQUIREMENT WAS MET.

Now I must pay $50 and restart the entire thing, for a course that I ALREADY SHOULD HAVE FINISHED. Your company can view this as a customer support ticket, if you'd like. It's not like you were of ANY assistance the past 6 times I tried to contact you. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Wouldn't recommend to anybody.

This company was pretty good when my first child learned to drive with them about 5 years ago. Since then, I feel like it's on a steady decline. With child number two, it was a bit harder to get things scheduled but we got it done. Now with child number three, it's impossible to get through their scheduling line and if you don't call the first couple of days in the month, you can't schedule week-ends or afternoons. Had to take her out of school early couple of times to get her behind the wheels with them.

Now I'm trying to schedule her last appointment but just can't seem to get anyone on line. Even after being on hold for almost half an hour. So I requested for them to call back but never got a call back. Called again at 6:30pm but they said they were closed even though their business hours according to the recording is from 8am to 7pm. Can't wait to be done with them!

First Driving lessons with Richard was great! Everything went smooth and I got to pick up and learn a lot from this lesson. I hope to drive with him again and it was very comfortable. There were a few minor mistakes I made myself but quickly corrected it after.

If there was any way to leave 0 stars I would. This company is horrible, unprofessional, and impossible to get in touch with. I have wasted hours and hours on hold and there is apparently only 1 person in customer service. My son took the test for his permit and after waiting 2 hours at the DMV we were told they put his test results under MY name. As his parent and emergency contact. WHO DOES THIS?! How is this company still in business?!

I used Driversed.com after receiving a speeding ticket in Arizona. After completing the defensive driving course which took longer that the 4 hours stated as their site kept crashing and I had to switch back and forth from my iPhone to my computer to get through the course I received a dismissal notice from the court stating that the officer did not properly calibrate his equipment.

I then called the court and they said I would be refunded by Driversed.com. That was over a month ago. Driversed.com has not responded to multiple emails, they don't answer their phone and they tell you to leave your number while you are on hold and they will call back, they don't. This service should not be listed as a trusted provider by the court system if they can't provide basic customer service. Avoid this company, their are plenty of other options.

This is a TERRIBLE process to go through. I called back 2 times to make sure the name was correct on the drivers certificate. They assured me it was correct. Then the certificate come in with the incorrect name. Now I will have to pay for a NEW certificate, overnighting the one with the incorrect name on back to them, then have a new one overnighted to me. This is a nightmare. My daughter finished her online portion of the program. I paid for the 10 hours of behind the wheel training. It took forever to get a call to schedule it and when we did we spent 40 minutes on the phone trying to get even one day scheduled. After all of that, the scheduled time was a month out and we were only able to get that one scheduled as apparently they over sell the program and then do not have the resources to provide the services sold.can you say FRAUD!

Then a week later they called and cancelled the one appointment that we were able to schedule. Wonder how the fair trade commission would feel about these practices. At this point I would love a refund of my over $600, so I could give it to a company that will actually provide the service that they sold.shameful business practice, I'm sure it will catch up with you!

Richard is so patient! He helped me so much with my hand over hand and freeway driving! I definitely reccomend him! Huego was also amazing! He taught me how to parallel park and practiced my turns etc. Phenomenal instructors all around

Wassim Yassine is the best instructor! He never loses his cool and teaches you everything. He is straight forward with his feedback which helps you in the long run! Wassim is very calm and safe while being in the passenger seat. He taught me a lot. Highly recommend Wassim!

This is just for the customer service that I finally received after the first very negative encounter. A solid 3 starts only for delayed customer service - I finally I got another supervisor who was just perfect on handling my complaint and I was able to get a partial refund.she was about 10 levels above the first person I was matched with. Turns out that the money back guarantee is within 30 days.

I found this nowhere on the site and I did look hard - but the supervisor I spoke with last did share this with me.so heads up if you try this service and are want a refund. The online training course was ok - no complaints there.

My driving instructor Richard Castillo really helped me with parallel parking! He gave me useful tips and was very kind and patient. He taught me some driving techniques that I wasn't sure about or didn't know, and overall he was a great instructor that I would be happy to learn from again!

I'm very glad I used Driversed.com! Although their website is a bit confusing to navigate, I had a great instructor. Wassim Yassine was a great teacher overall. He was very patient and taught me all the roadway necessities. Through Driversed.com's comprehensive permit review and a great instructor (Again, Wassim Yassine), I passed the road test at rush hour with 0 errors.

Don't use. The customer service is terrible. The instructor that my son had basically kept telling him he should not be driving on his permit. Even though my son only had a driver ed.com permit and it was his 3rd hour of driving. I was told by my son that all the instructor did was brake, grab his wheel and tell him that he was doing it wrong.

I spoke with driversed.com and they said he would get a discounted rate the next time. Yes $25. I still needed to pay $119 even though his previous lesson taught him nothing. Now that customer service (NOT)

Before signing up for driving lessons, I checked out Yelp reviews. The consensus was that the instructor, Long T, was highly recommended so I called DriversEd.com and requested Long as my driving instructor and ensured he had availability in the coming weeks. A bonus of calling was that I found out about a discounted special that was being offered that wasn't mentioned on the website.

I took three lessons with Long to refresh my driving skills after a long-term driving hiatus. We focused on the skills I requested and he really helped me feel comfortable behind the wheel again. He was patient, encouraging, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Long Truong! He really made the experience with DriversEd.com great.

DriversEd is SO user-friendly! Just let me tell you HOW user-friendly this Online Traffic School is: 8 hours later. 50 practice tests later (1000+ questions).
