I was skeptical at first. I dislike using credit cards online. I bit the bullet on this course, and all went well! I also had an error on my completion certificate, and it took less than 10 minutes after I messaged them on Facebook, for them to have me call them, and fix the error. Disclosure: I did NOT want to take a drivers defensive course! After reviewing several sites, I selected the on-line course by Texas Defensive Driving School because the founder was a Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper and his sons Gary and Randy. Along with Gary and Randy's chemistry and the videos, taking the course was surprisingly easier than I expected.

The on-line course made it easy to take a break and come back where I left off. I completed the course on Saturday and on Sunday, I received a call from them asking for information that I failed to provide. I'm not for sure another on-line course 'owners' would contact you on a Sunday. Monday they will be able to process and mail the certificate. As another reviewer's commented "It is by far the best course overall for driving. Very simple and quick videos, with super personable owners that are passionate about their business".

Man oh man, these guys are great! Loved the course so much, I took it twice! Not because I wanted to.but you know how it goes. The program isn't boring at all and the guys are exceptionally personable. If you have any issues and call the office number, you will actually speak to the hosts of the program themselves; they are just as "Texas Friendly" over the phone! I cannot recommend this course enough. If you see those red and blue lights, TexDDS are the guys you want to call!

Don't go anywhere else for your defensive driving class--you're not going to find any better than these guys. The class was made more interesting by the joking around during the video--I think they know the state-required classes can be incredibly boring and try to liven it up best they can. And their customer service is awesome, they work with you one on one and it's clear that they really care about their customers. Definitely recommend.
