Angels Driving School

Their Website says they serve Westlake Village so i paid for lessons and they called and said they dont do Westlake Village because there is no good roads for teaching! Today the website removed Westlake Village but still has Thousand Oaks. I live 100 yards from Thousand Oaks!

Both my kids went to the same driving school and they both had a great experience. They felt very comfortable and secure driving. Recommend this driving school.

I have used them for 2 of my 3 grandkids. They are so personable and helpful. They scheduled the lessons around school and picked up on time. The third one is starting soon. I highly recommend this company. Prices are very reasonable.

Phil was so great. My son needed driving lessons to get his driver's license. Phil was so patient and made my son feel so comfortable. My son gained confidence quickly with Phil's guidance. He is ready to pass his driving test. Thank you so much Phil!

My daughter took 4 hour class they only taught her how to go straight and right turns! That's a waste of money for that I could it done it my self!

With a little prior driving experience overseas, Phil was my instructor to help me pass my US driver's license. Now Phil is an excellent driver, with much experience (that he will frequently remind you), but his teaching ethics are questionable. Lacking tact and modesty, Phil will use aggressive tactics to try to teach a lesson. He disregards the feelings of his students, and doesn't seem committed to helping his students, but rather getting through his day.

If you are thick skinned, I wouldn't want to discourage you from taking lessons with him, but if you are a little nervous about starting out, you might find yourself discouraged. Nevertheless I did pass my test so, if you are results oriented, Phil might also be your man.

Absolutely a fantastic program! It is so cool to see a program with instructors that truly care about and understand how the students feel. A very fun and exciting way for beginners to get comfortable behind the wheel and on the road in no time. Definitely worth every penny spent.

My daughter received one driving lesson from Phil we paid over $400 when we called to schedule the remainder two lessons we were told he can't do it. Then he said ok but we would have to pay an additional $200 because they were passed the contracted time. I didn't sign the contract he had my daughter who is a minor sign the contract, it's states you must use your lessons within a six-month time period. I think Phil is conducting business inappropriately and contract language should be discussed with the parent.

My instructor, Phil was very good. He was patient and kind towards me, never saying anything negative, and he taught me everything I needed to know.

This is an excellent driving school. The price was right and the instructor made me feel comfortable yet aware behind the wheel. The instructor helps when you are in need and helps you practice what is exactly on the driving test. I would definitely recommend this driving school to friends and family members.
