Just called to get some info and they hung up the phone on me. Called a second time and they did the same thing.

Critical: Quality Terrible communication with they're customers never answer phones or reply to emails i highly don't recommend this place

I spent 500 dollars to learn from them. I have failed 4 time road test because of some mistakes which just an professional could teach me. This place is completely a fraud. I swear I was sitting with a robot. Who was just using his phone or quite whole time. I was keep driving by my own. He was just saying go right or left. Even for parallel parking he told me that if you hit the curve its more good and at road test they failed me.

He didn't even taught me any parking techniques. I was keeping hearing that i am doing excellent during parking. I was doing very wrong parking at that time. Not a single word he taught me. I took 6 hours class from him. Just one person for one day was little better otherwise constantly the instructors was same person and he was completely quiet the whole time.

Who is responsible for those people who are wasting students time and letting them fail and fail. How to take left turns or so many things I learned by YouTube video's. Still somethings your instructor taught you. But this person was completely a fake instructor who had zero person interest in his job. I wish I can sue this place. I wasted my money. I wasted my time. I failed my test. Please never ever come to this place.

Critical: Communication I've called 3 times in the last week. Left messages and never get a return phone call. Giving up on them going elsewhere

The amount of money we poor into these classes for our children is insane to start with. My daughter has almost 4K hours logged for driving before she even got to do the behind the wheel portion. Granted, COVID has set everything back, but I called them many times over a 2 month span before finally getting a call back. Now I'm sitting in front of the store for my daughter to take her 2nd behind the wheel and there is nobody here.

I have doubled checked the times/days multiple times. How are they even in business? Our appointment was at noon and it is currently 12:20 and nobody is here. They aren't answering the phones. This whole thing has been a joke. Worst experience ever. Do yourself a favor and go to Sartell like I wish we would have!

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, Quality I called and emailed them and left voicemails for the past week and didn't get a call back or an email. In my opinion this place should be cancelled don't waste any time on this place.

It pains me to give 1 star, 1 Star is not deserved. Our son is in the online class (due to Covid) and if you are considering using Central MN Driving School DO NOT! Use Sartell's school (I've heard good things). I have never experienced such poor communication and lack of customer service. At this point, my son has been in 7 days of class and 2 of those days he has not received the Zoom invite, so he missed class. An email is supposed to arrive the day before class with the Zoom info, when we did receive the emails I started calling and emailing Sam, the manager.

The problem is, no one ever answers the phone.and I mean NEVER.and she does not respond to emails. This last class he missed I called many, many times and left voicemails AND I sent six emails looking for help. No response! I cannot believe they run a business where there is no one to answer/return phone calls or emails?! If I could go back in time, I would use any other driving school. If you're reading this review and considering Central MN Driving School, go anywhere else, you'll be so happy you didn't deal with this business!

Very good, much happy of an ending for both of my tiny humans. Much thanks to all.

I don't recommend this place. They lady works there are not friendly, they don't answer their phones call. I wanted a time sheet for my kid, they tell me to go online get yourself andand I paid about $500 for the class. It very hard to setup for driving lessons.

They have been amazingly helpful to my family. I can't thank them enough for walking me through all of the confusing hoops you jump through to get licensed. My step daughter enjoyed the instructors, and passed both her permit and license exams on the first try! Strongly recommend calling in advance, they seem to book up quickly for behind the wheel.

My children have received driving instructions from Central Minnesota Driving Academy and have received good classroom and behind-the-wheel instruction that has served them well.
