While some programs exist only to provide a certificate that will get parents an insurance discount, the Drive 4 Life curriculum is tailored to provide all the tools that a young driver needs to make it safely through the critical first five years of driving. Beginning with classroom training, students will learn the many factors that come into play when operating a vehicle. Developing good habits BEFORE they start bad habits will be a focus of the course.

Drive 4 Life will closely follow the AAA How to Drive and AAA Driver Improvement Programs and will enhance these programs through additional classroom projects and homework assignments. Drive for Life Academy will use late model vehicles that will provide a comfortable and SAFE environment for learning. All training vehicles are equipped with a brake for the instructor should a student make a serious error. All classroom and on-road instructors will be certified to teach the AAA Driver Improvement Program. Drive 4 Life instructors all have been authorized by the State of Tennessee to teach drivers education, and have excellent driving records.

We provide a State of Tennessee approved 8 hour Driver Improvement Course for drivers that wish to reduce the number of points against their license, or who have been instructed to take the course by the Tennessee Department of Safety. The instructors that teach this course are certified by the Automobile Association of America, and are licensed by the State of Tennessee.

The purpose of the course is to make drivers aware of the problems that are caused by drivers that choose to speed, ignore traffic control devices, or even worse...consume alcohol and drive. We use the latest AAA course available, and work with students to understand the implications of their poor driving habits.

I used to be a 'teach yourself' kind of guy but through experience have found great benefit in professional training, be that one hour, one lesson, or many hours and lessons. There is usually one key take-away from every class I've attended. In motorcycle rider education it was the position of my wrist on the throttle. In your class, it was how to adjust the mirrors to eliminate the blind-spot.

I've passed that one on to many of my friends and they too are amazed. I feel much more confident that my son has the tools to be a safe driver as a result of your training program and would highly recommend it to new and experienced drivers as well.

As good as, if not better than a quality college level class on driving, directed at teens in a consumable and realistic way. Lots of work, but it's not miserable or busy work. The teachers are passionate, helpful, and charismatic. The building is a little small, but they've got working AC and cold water even on the hottest days. Every kid is garunteed the materials they need to pass.

The classes go from early in the morning to dinner time, at least in my experience, so book a few completely free days you plan to dedicate to school. Worth it for the money it costs! Take it from me, I'm a student there!

I took 4 behind the wheel lessons here and it's a real life-changer for me. I easily passed the driving skill test after 3 lessons and feel much more confident now. It's an excellent school and the instructors are highly professional and passionate (I worked with Beth, Jesse and Darrin). In my opinion it's really a top notch school.

This class is an absolute money scam. Teachers are horrible rude. Everything they do is desined to get money. The pretend to prepare kids for driving but in reality do nothing. They're not real teacher. The only thing the teach kids how to scam people. They put kids in cars with no instructions and expect them to figure it out and when they can't the teacher loose their tempers.

I just took my drivers exam recently and Drive 4 Life academy was the reason that I passed. My instructor really helped me he was very patient and corrected me when it was needed. My instructor also helped me perfect my driving skills. They always made sure that i was comfortable with everything i was doing. If i wanted to work on a certain skill that day the instructor was more than fine with it. I would like to give a special thanks to Darin (my instructor) for helping me out a lot. All in all I would definitely recommend this academy.

My son had the best experience with Drive for Life Academy. They are extremely professional and always willing to work with our schedule. In addition to being really friendly these guys are great at teaching your high schooler rules of the road driving etiquette. I believe that completing this course will also lower your insurance premium. They have flexible hours in evenings and on weekends to accommodate life's busy schedule. The vehicles are hybrid what shows that the Drive 4 Life Academy is conscious about the environment.

This school is top notch. My very nervous niece got instruction from a very patient police tactical training officer. Is their a better recommendation? Your child will be in very good hands. $50 for an hour for 2 hour lessons. We took the recommended 3. She is confident and ready for the road even if I am not!
