Independent Driving School

These guys are fraud. I paid the full money for my wife's training and had scheduled dates for her classes. she was scheduled today at 3:30pm MST and waited to be picked up till 3:50pm. called their office multiple times but as usual no one answered the phone. Left a voice mail as well. Finally someone answered 35 mins after the scheduled pick up. time.

We were told that we were scheduled but removed from the schedule and she did not know the reason. She said she will call back after checking with her boss. Got a call back 15 mins later (around 4:40pm) letting us know that their car broke down. We totally understand that. We requested to be rescheduled only to be told that they will try. We'll, in the first place no one called and informed us they had a car break and the class was canceled. after all this delimna, the owner called me and instead tries to reason out. when I confronted him, he simply says we will refund your money and hangs up. TOU ARE RUNNING IN TO A DISASTER IF YOU SIGNUP WITH THEM. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, Quality Called to get prices and questions answered. But was told online will give me all the information I needed! When I told her I was looking for verbal, she said online would tell me the same thing but okay! Very rude and unprofessional in my opinion!

Our first experience with private lessons and it was the best. This is the only way we will do it from now on. They were so accommodating to my son's schedule. The instructors were awesome and our son had a great time.

I never leave reviews but I'm SO unsatisfied. I have never before had such difficulty reaching a business. It doesn't matter what time of day you call, or how many times you call no one will ever answer. Sometimes the phone will ring twice and even go straight to voicemail as if they've declined the call. I've never encountered anything like this before and it's extremely frustrating.

Not only this but when I was finally able to get through, the person I spoke to was very rude to me and even canceled my test. Do not even bother with Independent Driving School, the customer service is awful and it's not worth the trouble. Go read their yelp reviews. other people have had issues with this place too.

Excellent company and experience! My son plays football, so we knew the school's drivers ed wasn't going to work with his schedule. Independent driving school made it quick and easy. My son loved his driving instructor, Kelii. I would highly recommend!

Highly Recommend! This is a great company. It was so convenient for my daughter to do the online class instead of having to do it at the school. The driving instructor was excellent and they even did the final driving test. Very convenient and affordable.

Provide the service you promise. Both of my children failed the test after your course! They were completely unprepared and not taught what they should know. When I called to ask for help with this, I was basically ignored and rejected. You should have helped my kids get back out there, taught them PROPERLY, so they could pass their test.

Happy all my kids learned with Independent Driving School. The instructors are so competent and patient! Really appreciated their help in creating my skilled drivers. Now my teens parallel park better than me. The free pick up and drop off allowed me the freedom to stay at work. Great driving school!

If you cancel classes without proper notice (as you did to my family, twice), you need to have more leniency with emergency situations that require cancellations (and not charge $50). Period.

I had a great time with my lessons, both Kaycen and Morgan are great instructors. I also finished within the week, and passed my test! -The reason I don't give five stars is because I had a difficult time getting ahold of anyone in the office during their hours. Also with so many typos in the workbook, it felt less important as well as irritating.

I highly recommend independent driving school! Not only are they quick with helping you get your license, but they have the most friendly and kind people you will ever meet! I just got my license through independent driving school after about 1 week with them! My driving instructor James Martin was the best driving instructor imaginable! He helped me push past my fears early on, and then encouraged me as I got better! James is really good at making a stress free atmosphere for the person driving!

He never yelled once, and was always willing to answer any questions I had! If I had to do it all over again, I would DEFINITELY choose to go through independent driving school! :

At first we had a bit of a problem figuring out what we were suppose to do as there was a lack of communication from the school. However, once we figured it out things went well. The actual driving instructor (James) was great! My daughter really liked the way he taught and she felt comfortable with him. We appreciated that the school was good about letting her request him to be her instructor.

My daughter felt like he prepared her very well for the driving test. We were very happy with how easy and efficient it was to get the driving test done upon completion of the course. Another benefit that we really appreciated was their pick up and drop off service. That was wonderful!

Noted issues with other driving schools in the area, so we chose to wait two months to get in to Independent Driving School. Our child was satisfied with the instructors, he said were very knowledgeable, helpful, and insightful. We as parents, did not get the same accolades for our efforts at instruction. Our child did say the instructional material did not necessarily match with the state's driving test, but couldn't get any more information about the discrepancy. Rather thank skipping an eagerly anticipated appointment setup months in advance, Independent Driving School located another qualified instructor when the first became ill.

Great instructor who teaches very well and instills confidence in your young driver. Very pleased with our experience. Ask for James. Will Definitely use this company with our other kids. Thank you!

This school was great! The instructor I got was very calm and didn't make driving stressful for me. They work around your work schedule and other things to help you be able to make your driving time! They also do road tests, really quickly I might add. I wanted to take my road test through them and the day I mentioned it they got me tested that night! I would definitely recommend this driving school to anyone who needs hours!

The lessons are quick easy and very helpful. The staff there are fantastic, they are super helpful and do everything they can to answer your questions.
