I owe it all to the very kind receptionists and my driving instructor Johnny Scott for helping me pass my driver's test. If you're anxious about driving like I was, they will accommodate that and give you the best instructor. And Johnny 100% fits that bill. He was incredibly kind and supportive, and he really made me feel comfortable behind the wheel.

He even took the time to answer my phone call outside of our lessons when I was particularly anxious about driving! Couldn't have asked for a friendlier and more welcoming driving school. Thanks again for your wisdom, Johnny!

My grandson was having difficulty passing his road test due to testing anxiety. A good driver, but very nervous testing. I decided to sign him up for a package of driving lessons that included the road test. Best decision I could have made. His instructor was Mike M. He built up my grandsons confidence through those lessons and today he passed his road test.

The office staff that I spoke with were kind, considerate and professional. They answered any questions that I had and scheduled his road test as quickly as they could. This is with working with limited testing dates and times offered by the DMV. The office called me to let me know that he had passed his test also. I would highly recommend ABC Driving School to anyone that needs driving instruction. Thank you Mike and all the ladies in the office that I spoke with!

My overall experience was awesome with ABC School. Everyone is really helpful. Johnny was my instructor. He helped immensely from the beginning. Lessons through ABC allowed me to tune up my driving skills and prepared me well for my road test. I was able to communicate what I needed to work on, and the instructors spent the whole lesson helping me with that specific skill. I took three 90-minute lessons with different instructors, but all it took was one 45 minute lesson with Johnny Scott and I mastered my k turn and parallel park.

Had a great experience in the five hour class. With Johnny's personality, it seemed like the five hour class only took an hour. And the receptionist, Karen, was very attentive, kind, and respectful. I also had Johnny for my pre road test lesson, and he was great at fine tuning my driving skills that weren't quite up to par. Did all good on my road test thanks to these guys.

Took the course today and I was very impressed! Instructor Johnny Scott was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, great interaction, funny. Great guy and pleasant experience. So glad I did this in person as opposed to online. Highly recommend, thank you!

My overall experience was phenomenal! Every instructor I had was very professional and helpful. Johnny Scott was definitely my favorite instructor, not only was he professional, he was also funny! He makes sure you're confident and comfortable behind the wheel. Couldn't ask for a better instructor.

Took my road test today and was finally able to pass after failing 3 TIMES. I only took one 45 minutes lessons with Johnny Scott right before the road test and Boom! I am a whole new LICENSED driver. It is worth it to pay the money and make sure to ask for Mr. JOHNNY SCOTT! You will not regret it. Trust me. Not only is he funny but he's a very professional and knowledgeable. Pick up his book (Drive Alive) too, if you can.

Honestly Going with ABC School of driving could have been one of the best choices I made. There service is amazing starting from the appointment, Which you schedule with Karen an amazing Women. To the 5 hour course which had great energy and good instructors that kept you very entertained but informative all the way to the driving test with my amazing instructor Johnny. Honestly When asked If you have a preference for an instruction It definitely would have to be him!

From never parallel parking a day in my life to becoming a master in 5 seconds was incredible. Not only that but making it very calm and positive environment. I don't regret coming here at all!

Didn't know anything about driving. Called abc and spoke with Karen, she got me with Johnny. Great instructor got me right with all my lessons definitely worth the money. I passed my road test yesterday thanks Johnny & Karen. Y'all have been the best with me making confident with my driving. Thanks so much. Highly recommended.

My son did a 45 min lesson after 2 years of driving with his permit. He felt good about his time with his instructor; learned a few things and gained the confidence he needs to sign up for his road test. As a parent I can say that sometimes your kids just need to hear it from someone else, that in itself makes it worth it!

This is the most unprofessional establishment ever! I literally got disrespected and spoken to like as if I was bothering them when i called to pay for a services. They add hidden fees on top of their prices and DNT mention nothing until your ready to pay. When you try to explain something so u can get clarification and understanding they over talk you and speak to you with a very nasty and negative demeanor.

I was completely baffled by the lack of respect and when I requested to speak to the owner or manager I was told she was not in. I was hung up on a few times and even screamed at. When I finally did call back I spoke to a "owner" that all of sudden was there and just as disrespectful and ignorant. She too spoke over me and raised her voice. I even got a call back where she asked me if I was hanging up on her?!?

All I was trying to do was pay for a service and got a whirlwind of Unprofessionalism. There are so many good schools to give your money to. Don't get scammed and disrespected by this wanna be school.

I had a car break down on me twice and they didnt want to refund my monry and only give me half of my time for a replacement lesson saying. If the instructor was talking. She was giving a lesson and you were with her. They are scam artists

You missed the whole point about what didn't sit well with me. (Not surprised) So glad I turned your offer down as I prefer companies that show the same high level of respect and courtesy for their employees as they do their customers. Why you think otherwise is beyond me, but it's probably the same mentality that resulted in 10 of your yelp reviews to be hidden as the software can tell they are fake or solicited.

I had a very bad experience with scheduling the rapid road test at the Rochester location. There are 3 girls who answer the phone and they are all very rude and unprofessional. They do not tell you their names unless you ask. Some have gave me fake names too. Savanna is the manager, she is one of the rude girls. Anyways they did not explain in detail the terms and conditions over the phone regarding the rapid road test.

Like how's there no refunds and there is a hidden 10$ DMV fee and there's no refund for that either. Savanna screamed they did. She was very rude when I spoke with her, Raising her voice and talking over me. She was angry with me because I was upset her and her staff were not doing they're jobs and failed to find me a road test within 14 business days.

She kept making excuses saying I delayed it by not paying the hidden DMV fee they did not tell me about over the phone. Then the manager was screwing with me saying she can only find me a road test on the last business day after it has been 14 business days (saying I will have to wait all over again). Trying to make me wait as long as possible because she is a jerk! Do not go to this school. They are very rude and do not care for their paying customers!

The people were really rude here. I am so disappointed with how they delt with my questions. Will never come here again. I would recommended Morgan school of driving for sure.

I took my first road test by myself and got 70 points. Then my friend recommend this school to me. And after two months, I passed my road test with 10 points, for the instructor told me every single tip that I should perform during the test. Best part is, the school helped me find a vacancy one day before my learning permit expired, which I couldn't find on DMV website.

Also they followed up after the test, telling me that I should be very careful in the first six months. In general, the experiences with ABC are very pleasant and meaningful.

I would definitely recommend ABC School of Driving. I worked with 4 different instructors and they were all good, but Jyoti is the best. She's very experienced, and will help you feel relaxed and safe. Jyoti provides detailed instructions and feedback. She even gave me a list of steps to memorize for parallel parking and is a very pleasant person to work with. Dave and Johnny are helpful instructors too. ABC will always call you the day before to remind you about appointments.

I worked with another school in the Rochester area, but had the best experience with ABC. Of the school's in the area, ABC has the nicest website. They're the only school which lists all their prices upfront and provide online ordering.

A couple of months of ago before I started taking classes with John, I never saw myself being a driver. But now I am a great driver and my confidence has boosted tremendously with the help of John's instruction and motivation. I passed the road test no problem thanks to John from ABC school of driving. I recommend ABC to anyone who needs to learn how to drive the right way!
