Very nice and funny instructor he was very kind, but the 2 ladies in the front were having an attitude and laughing when I was talking but helpful at the same time, good service.

Thanks for making my 16 year old cry. Showed up at 3pm based on the curt series of texts telling us how much and what to bring. We pulled on the door and it was locked. Plenty of signs on the door to tell their "customers" the rules. At 3:10 we replied to the same text messages but no response. Several other people came to the door to find it locked. I'm guessing this business won't be open long. Jerks.

Desi is a great driving school and testing center. We have happily used them for 4 children with excellent results. They are very professional and always on schedule. Highest recommendation.

I highly recommend this place. There hospitality has been amazing! If you have a driving test to take then this is the place to go 100%.

The instructor at Desi Driving School is extremely nice, professional and supportive. However the owner of the establishment is extremely rude and lacks communication skills making it extremely difficult to work with her.

We had such a great experience at Desi. The office staff was so nice and helpful. Anytime I called they either called or texted me back. They sent me all of the paperwork that was needed via text without me even asking. That was super helpful! My son's instructor was really nice and put him at ease. We will definitely come back for our next 2 kids.

I did two hours lesson and driving test at Desi driving school and passed my test. Driving instructor was experienced and really nice he trained me to pass the test. Office staff was really helpful with scheduling all process. Highly recommend

I uent to Desi Driving school for my driving test, DPS had made a mistake on my paperwork. Desi DS helped me through the whole process. Office staff went.above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough. Testing instructor was very clear with his instructions and I passed my test. Thanks again Desi for all your help.

This is the best driving school in Texas. Office staffs are awesome. Responds to text messages and calls for enquiries fast. I recommend this to everyone.

Amazing testing instructors and amazing staff and managers, very easy going and easy to deal with, was very clear with the process and just an overall great experience

The instructor behavior is very good, but the official staff is very impolite and have no ethics and moral. They can't print even a single page, two woman working in the office has to be terminated immediately. I don't know way I can't reply to your comment, but I will add more explanation here. Communication is one of the important thing in running a business at least they should communicate in a good way.

We had the best experience at Desi Driving school. Office staff helped us understand the procedure to get our drivers license. We will be referring our friends and family to go there.

Quality of service has gone down. I put my child in this driving school a couple years ago and never had a issue. Now my 16 y/o is taking classes here and may I tell you they are so RUDE. I was on the line for a very long time as soon as I was about to hangup they answered the phone. I asked to schedule a driving time but they interrupted saying I have to do the parent driving log first and I mention how I had it done already. They said sorry can't book driving time until NEXT month due to short staff and it was TOO BAD' before I could even say anything they HANG UP!

The receptionists are the best, very sweet and explain everything very thoroughly. The instructor (Joseph) was very calming and helped me out throughout the whole process. I will for sure be recommending this place for my siblings and everyone else! You will not regret it

My son did a parent taught online driving class and then we went to Desi for the road test. Good experience. Very accommodating. Just make sure you practice parallel parking between the poles in their parking lot before testing. :.

I wouldn't take my child anywhere else! Desi helped both my son and daughter get their licenses. They are very professional and their instructors are kind and courteous. This was the only driving school in Dallas that was up to date on DPS appointments and new rules because of covid. Highly recommend Desi!

I bought their package of 8-hour in-car adult driving lessons and driving test. The process was smooth. They sent me messages the day prior to my appointments to remind me about my appointment, which I think is very good. Instructors there were all very friendly and patient. One thing I wish was different is that they could have informed me about the Impact Young driver certificate before I got there for my driving test.

It was said online that it was only needed for learners younger than 24 so I didn't think I needed that for the test. I was never informed in person about that by the school either. They let me take the test first and come back to submit the certificate later but it was a bit time-consuming for me to have to come back just to submit one piece of paper. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

Great driving school with amazing instructors. Very flexible with appointments and overall accommodating! Would definitely recommend!

Both of my sons have tested with Desi Driving School and both were fabulous experiences. We had an issue with our youngest son over some changes in the regulations for parent taught drivers Ed that had recently happened without our knowledge. The staff spent lots of time on the phone with me helping me to resolve the issue and they stayed well past closing time to get all of the issues resolved and test my son (he got a 98!).

We had taken classroom drivers ed at another school and did parent taught behind the wheel - and yet they patiently worked with us even though they gained nothing financially from us. In a stressful situation, they were calm and polite and helpful above and beyond. 5 stars isn't enough!

Literally, they never answer their phone even when it's during their hours. Second of all, they make it almost impossible to schedule driving lessons to get your teen's 14 hours instruction time. You end up paying all this money for the lessons and they make it so hard to schedule a lesson. They only have 1 book where they write down all the scheduled driving lessons and they only let you schedule on Wednesdays, at least that's what they say.

We came in on a Wednesday during the hours and they told us they "locked up the book already" and told us we'd have to come back in a week. SO DUMB! And such a waste of time. Now, my child has held their permit for a year now and we had scheduled the driving test and everything and turns out they didn't even give us our certificate of Drivers Ed completion and now my child can't take their test, and now we have to do Drivers Ed all over again, which is a waste of time and money, my child has been waiting forever to get their license and now they won't get to. Don't recommend at all. Never been more frustrated in my life.

I did my driving lesson amd test through desi driving school. They are very professional and train well for the test. Its so convienient because the wait is so long to get the test appointment through dsp. I would highly recommend this place for new drivers as well as experienced drivers trying to give their test.

Amazingly rude lady (over the phone and in person) OK! Someone might have a bad day one time but not FOUR times. As I am seeing other reviews here, I definitely agree! Here is my experience(for my dad) 1st instance =I called a month ago, this lady so rude telling me (IN AMERICA WE NEED PERMIT TO DRIVE) like I don't understand English. Now after receiving the LP, The 2nd instance= I call to schedule an appointment. Lady= tomorrow at 2:30 I= looking for an instructor who speaks Hindi for better communication. Lady: absolutely, payment by phone. I= absolutely and got a text of confirmation of payment with no specific time and date of appointment. (no big deal I thought) 3rd Instance=**next day** dad is there with my uncle they are not tracking the appointment, not even tracking the payment was made. the lady was rude with my uncle. 4th Instance= I called the following day to inquire what was the deal with them not tracking my dad's appointment yesterday and no knowledge of receipt of payment.

She is like oh! your dad insisted to drive (of course, we had an appointment for the lesson, why do we need to insist you? after driving an hour to get there.) the instructed provided didn't speak Hindi as we had agreed (the instructor was great dad said, but just wasn't what we had agreed upon) LADY: What do you want me to do schedule another appointment? I: I am trying to deal with past issue and you are not recognizing your disorganization? (far to even think how rude she was) After 4 minutes on the line she apologized, at this point, I had no grounds to accept an apology. She kept wanting to schedule another lesson. I just read the cancellation charged $25 but I was told it was $60 on the phone. I am just documenting this out of frustration!

First of all, I had to wait for an hour even though my test was scheduled on advanced, i have a driver license for over 15 years, always obey the low, never got a single ticket so the test wasn't suppose to be a biggy, my primary language is not english so when Troy the tester asked me to park in a certain way I didn't understood him correctly I told him I dont understand and tried to park but failed, he said I failed, again I told him I didn't understood him and told him that twice before parking.

It didn't matter to him and told me to drive back to the office. Instead of trying to explain when I didn't understand he just ignored it Dont waste your money go get the test somewhere else where the testers have patience for foreign students!

I loved having my daughter go to Desi driving school. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I wasn't sure if my daughter was going to be ready to drive but Josey heard my concerns and went the extra mile to make sure my concerns were met. She is a good driver. I would recommend Desi Driving School to any and all of my friends and my daughters friends parents. Both of my kids went through this school to do their driving test, and they were both treated properly, and they passed the test. So, you do not have to try and schedule through the state, believe it or not this private company can do the test, and then they give you a sealed envelope to take to the DMV. Our test this morning was scheduled for 1000 AM, they had us fill out all the pertinent paperwork, and a courteous instructor had my daughter's test finished by 10:30. She was nervous but they treated her right! She previously had training prior to the test, and everyone their was courteous and respectful to us.

They are amazing, i didnt find any flaw. Very friendly and cooperative. If i have to make my driving license again then i will keep going there again and again. Thanks to Desi driving school i have my original license now.

I am so pleased that we chose this place! The staff is friendly and very helpful. The classroom Instructor made it very enjoyable for my daughter and made safety a priority. That makes me feel better turning her loose on roads. The driving instructor we have had so far has been great, too. He makes the drive times fun and enjoyable. I am very impressed. Thanks Desi!

Don't go here. The people running this place are rude and treat the kids like second class. It took us 9 months to finish my daughters school thanks to the extremely poor communication on appointments and a reluctance to be in any way helpful when my daughter would try to schedule drive times. I would have to call immediately after her to get them booked. I think the front desk is probably being managed by a teen rather than a professional.

The school is really care about her customer's needs, due to tight working hours, I need tight driving schedules, Desi School staff can help me to figure out the schedule to suite my needs patiently. And the instructors, are very good at teaching students with 0 experience like me. Especially Ms Yulanda, she is so patient and explain everything in detail, she is the first choice if you are total newbie in driving. Anil has different style, but he can let you try out yourself, you can have a good sense of 'control' of the car with this style, he 's perfect for students who has learned basic tricks in driving already and want to stretch to their limit. With their good training, I pass the road test in one shot. :)
