Showed up late due to toddler being sick in the morning. Had a 730 am appointment and was in the door at 737 am. Employees didn't come out front until 744 am and informed me I have to reschedule. We did a reschedule online and manager called another 55 dollars and kept my other money. I identified myself as a service member and he asked if "I was an American and understand English" I didn't at any point ask for my money back I expected the 75 dollars to cover the test tomorrow morning.

The fact that a manager would ask a service member if he understands the English language shows their lack of respect for customers You have respect for our service members? So you ask them if they understand the English language? That's your idea of respect Do I understand English? The definition of refund in English a repayment of a sum of money, typically to a dissatisfied customer No one asked for their money back.

Your website gave me 75 dollars back and we booked the test in the parking lot. You called me at 430 pm and asked me for 55 dollars. Even your website let us book the test. You're a pyramid scheme business to collect money and have zero respect for service members if you're asking if they understand English.

The experience was the best. My instructor Rhonda was amazing and does a very good job. Not just being an instructor, but she is outgoing and very informational. She got me up to date with things I didn't even know about the Colorado driving laws. Great experience, would definitely recommend anyone looking to get their license or permit to come see them.

Joe, He was amazing and made me feel super comfortable. Great company and you show true dedication to your job and try to make it a positive experience. I have wanted to get my license for years and was so nervous to take the test. I have been really down and this place made my whole day. Thank you so much for your patience and kindness. We got my son the full program unfortunately. The class itself was fine. My son took it during spring break and passed his permit test. Scheduling driving lessons however has been a complete and utter nightmare. My son has yet to be able to have a driving lesson at all. He even has more availability that most due to going to school halftime. Lessons may be great if you can ever get them scheduled! I wish we just paid for the class and not the lessons at this point.

Absolute joy to work with Keith! Got our son driving and testing in less than a month! When I say my son was terrified of driving, I am not exaggerating! My husband and I were convinced that our son was incapable of driving. Keith reassured us that our son was in good hands. After his first lesson, our son came home excited that he got on the roads! Excited!

He took 3 lessons from Keith and was ready to test. Keith and American Driving Academy were exactly what our son needed to be confident behind the wheel. Thank you guys, you are the best!

They made the experience easier than I thought. James was amazing. My wife only speaks spanish. She was very nervous about the driver's exam. James made it as comfortable as possible for her. And he was very nice and made the whole situation a lot better. It was a huge help. I definitely recommend this school to anyone looking to take the driver's exam.

I came in as a walk immediately after passing my written exam and they were kind enough to take me for my driving test within an hour. Keith calmed my nerves with his humorous and kind personality as soon as I arrived, yet he was very professional throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them!

I walked in without an appointment and was accepted and helped right away. Keith Metzger was my instructor. He was polite and kind. His instructions were clear and I felt safe and comfortable. This is the best driving school to take your drivers license test!

Keith is awesome y'all.if you need a drive test definitely ask for him. He's welcoming, friendly, funny and will have your cheeks sore from laughing. Very knowledgeable as well. Great guy! Side note: when you walk in let them know you have an appointment, otherwise they may think you just finished from a test & waiting on your instructor to come side. They are all a great bunch of gentlemen. I highly recommend this place!

I went to take my son for his driving test and his test time was 11:40 and I was told not to be late, so I get there at 11:30. The instructor was just getting ready to leave with the prior customer at 11:40, over 15 minutes later she finally shows up! This is totally unacceptable! Then when the instructor gets back she takes another customer instead of my son, does not even look at the paper with my sons name on it, the next customer was a female you would think that she knew her next customer was a male, all she had to do was look at her sheet right in front of her. She didn't even say sorry or nothing. Totally unacceptable, poor way to do business, I would not recommend this company what so ever for a driving academy, go elsewhere.
