We have a very professional and complete in- class Driver's Education course. In our class students read the California DMV handbook, complete test, watch videos, and get live lectures from an instructor. We have been teaching for 28 years as a result our passing rates are over 98% on the 1st attempt on the written test. We ONLY hold Driver's Education in- class we do not believe in on-line Driver's Education at our school.We feel that learning the rules of the road and learning defensive driving techniques are too important to let teenagers do it on their own through a computer. A lot of the students that we have talked to that have done Driver's Ed online have told us that they skip the learning material and go straight to the test just so that they can get the course over with. We have also noticed that a lot of students that have done Driver's Ed online do not pass the written test the first time around.

We pick-up and drop-off and our lessons are private. We work with teens, adults, seniors, and immigrants. We are professionals that know how to teach students to master the techniques that the DMV is looking for so that they pass the driving test. In other words we know what the DMV wants and what they are looking for, and we know how to teach this to our students.
We not only teach our students to pass the test at the DMV but we teach them to be safe, reliable, and defensive drivers. We like to know that when students come through our school they will be less likely to be involved in accidents and be less likely to receive tickets.

They understood what I needed. I lived in a British common wealth country where we drive on left side of the road. So I needed some help in getting used to USA system. Instructor Guillermo understood what I needed and quickly prepared me for the test. They charged me 80USD for a 2hr lesion. Since I did not own a car by that time and I used their car for the Behind the wheels test.
They charged me 100$ for the driving test. It was actually very helpful. Guillermo picked me up 1hr before the test and gave me quick lesion and prepped me for the test (this 1hr quick tutorial before exam is included in 100USD fee. they did not charge me extra). I highly recommend them for any foreign driver who want to get the US license. It cost me 260usd total (100for exam and 80+80usd for 4hrs practice)

Absolutely love this driving school! Had my last lesson today with my driving instructor Sylvia. I took three lessons with this school. On my first lesson, I was very nervous to start driving and made many mistakes, but by today (my last lesson) I was driving comfortably and made little to no mistakes. Sylvia did a fantastic job guiding me through everything while still maintaining a friendly conversation and I never thought I would have learned as much as I did in just three days! Thank you:)

Traffic school class was great! not boring at all and the instructor had us participate by answering some questions and having great discussions. I will recommend this office to my coworkers and friends. I will bring my kids for their driving classes. I love that there is always some one answering the phone even after hours which is great!

Speaking as a student customer of Lucy's traffic school, I was very pleased with the service! The appointment was easy to set up, the price was cheaper then others, and the car drives were educational and actually enjoyable. My instructor was Guillermo, and there wasn't no awkward moments of silence. the instructors do their best to teach while keeping friendly conversation. Overall, its a great place! I passed my test with only 2 minor errors ( stupid traffic scans )
