Great driving school with very good instructors. I took the 5 hour course and then took a few lessons and passed my driving exam on the first try. Very smooth process from beginning to end!

The worst driving school ever. Bad hospitality and communication by ady in the office ( receptionist )that speaks Russian. I paid 200 $ for 5 courses I had only 2 courses in 3 weeks.my 3rd was canceled twice for no valid reason with instructor Mohamed and been advised to reschedule for 3td time again Tried to get explanation from the office, all I got for the receptionist woman is I can't talk to u now I have people here.

I went immediately to them to get my refund which I knew it gonna be deducted as I already had 2 courses so I should get 120 back.they wanted to give 100 only as there is 20 $ system fee, so I refused that and insisted on my refund and wanted to talk to the boss, she went to the back talked to him as he didn't bother himself to come talk to me n see what's going ( as he should as a business owner) She came back and agreed to pay me back 120 after all. So I had to argue for my own money. I don't advise this place to any 1.

Mohammed is the best teacher there is! He was my 3rd teacher (I failed twice before) and he was the only one who pinpointed exactly what my faults were and showed me how to do them the test. He also teaches a nice little maneuver while parking that will impress the DMV testers even if your parking isn't perfect. Highly recommend Saunders driving school for their great communication and straight forwardness. Ask for Mohammed!

I just took my Test and Passed it on my first try! This school was very helpful, especially Mohammed who taught me everything! He was patient, very nice, and is more than capable to teach people how to drive! He made everything much easier and safe. I definitely recommend to go here if you want practice and need help to get your license, they made everything easy and smooth.

Amazing driving school. I took classes with Edward, it very helpful and he was very patient with me. I passed the driving exam from the first time. The timing pickup and scheduling was always very precise. The prices are reasonable. High recommended driving school.

Alright im going to make this short and sweet: Saunders driving school experience: -Not friendly, always made me feel uncomfortable -Disorganized. Always late, sometimes never even showed up to our appointment (Just like other people complained about on their yelp reviews)) -Never a confirmation the day before -Instructors are impatient and disrespectful (Just like other people complained about on their yelp reviews) -Two of their instructors assumed I knew how to drive even though I explained several times I never drove before.

So basically they have poor listening skills as a teacher. -They are not detail oriented as teachers nor teach their classes with a structure. They just wing it. -They would teach me something to the extreme of parking and expecting me to master it within the day ( just like their other bad yelp reviews). Clearly this is not only a "me" thing. -Does not follow covid guidelines -When I ask a question or mess up they would suck their teeth or literally yell at me.

My instructor literally popped an Advil in the middle of our session. Clearly they shouldn't be teaching if they lack this much patience. -Would be on the phone in the MIDDLE of our session. My Other Driving School Experience in EAST New York -Made me feel comfortable -Detail oriented (Saunders instructors never corrected the way I turned the wheel of the car, nor taught me detail oriented strategies on how to park properly, OR acking to correct the way I press on the gas.

I would keep my food on the gas peddle and never slide my foot on the break or let it rest on the break. My new instructor corrected all of that. When he saw my improper technique turning the car he made me park to the side and we sat there practicing turning the wheel while the car was parked for several minutes until I got it down. Mind you my instructor is a bus driver so he actually is very experienced in driving. ) -Always on time -Always receive a confirmation call the day before class -Follows covid guidelines -Beyond Patient -Actually listens and responds to my questions without getting offended or upset. -Gives me their entire attention through out our sessions. Is never on the phone. Do not go to this school and look read their negative reviews.

Really really horrible experience with this school. I cannot emphasize how much you should search for a different company. Such a scam. I paid for their 10 lesson package and was assigned an instructor. I completed one lesson with him and afterwards scheduled 2 more lessons. Last minute he told me he could not see me for either of those dates because he forgot he was busy.

The next time he could see me would be 2 weeks later, so I requested a new instructor. I got the new instructor's number and texted him my availability and let him know my expectations. He left me on read! I waited but he didn't reply all day and then by the next day I texted again saying, "hello?" and he read that message too without responding!

I went to their location because I was so disrespected at that point and asked for a full refund. I confronted the instructor over why he didn't respond and he says, "I didn't see your messages". After I manually show him he has his read receipts on and that he DID see it, he changes his story to, "Yeah maybe I did see it but you know I'm busy".

I should've seen this coming because when I first called to ask about the packages and the secretary told me the one I wanted was $600. I told her it costs $525 and she asked me where I saw that. I said "your website?" She acts all surprised like "okay we can do $525 for you". I didn't pay that day but I called about a week later ready to pay and she pulls the same exact scam on me!

I had to firmly remind her she was wrong. So ridiculous. Edit: I see that they raised the fees on their website finally. Possibly the most unprofessional, SCAM of a business I have ever dealt with in my life. Do not waste your time and money. 0 stars.

If you're looking for the perfect driving school, look no further! I took all my driving lessons here. The driving instructor was very patient with me and super helpful. He helped me gain the confidence I needed to tackle my road test. I passed my road test on the first try. The school made the whole process simple and easy from the first step down to the last. I highly recommend Saunders, you won't be disappointed!

Before signing up with Saunders, I failed my road test twice before. I didn't think I would ever get my license. My best friend told me about this school, and to ask for Balty. Because of Balty, I PASSED MY ROAD TEST LAST WEEK! He believed in me and really pushed me into being a more confident driver. I can't say enough good things about him or this school! Saunders is very straightforward and very detail oriented.

BALTY! Ask for Balty if you want to pass your test. I had serious anxiety about driving. Balty took me from not wanting to get behind the wheel, to driving on the highway very comfortably in 3 months. I passed my test on the first time. He teaches you how to drive, and not just pass the test. So many people are out here with a license who don't know how to drive. You won't be one if them if you learn from BALTY. He's the best.

My instructor was Mohammed. He was very patient and gave me a lot of good tips on how to pass my test. I took three lessons with him and we practiced everything that he thought I needed the most practice in for the test. I was able to pass on the first try. Ask for Mohammed as your instructor.

I had an amazing experience with Saunders DS, and yes I passed the driving test :). I bought 5 lessons package and also took a pre license class. Nina in the office went above and beyond to make my experience with them as smoother as possible, even though I was pain in an ass (had to reschedule my driving test twice). My instructor Igor was awesome, very responsible and punctual guy, very experienced driver and definitely knows how to teach inexperienced drivers like me. I was soooo nervous during my 1st lesson, but he made me feel confident and it helped a lot.

I purchased a package from Groupon that included the five hours certificate, road test appoiment and car for the test(I saved 50%). They were very helpful when I needed to reschedule the appoiment for the road test. Mohammed which was my instructor was dedicated and focused on my learning process and thanks to him and the school today I passed my test and now I have my drivers license.

Yura is literally the greatest human driving instructor that could ever potentially exist. Brilliant mind. He breaks things down. He is logical. He keeps things simple, while at the same time letting you know everything that you need to know in order to the pass the test. Amazing guy in general as well. Would highly recommend to anyone wishing to learn how to drive. He will drill the fundamentals into your mind while putting a smile on your face. Thank you :

And I had to take just ONE driving lesson (I drives a little bit) to understand all the rules both I didn't know and I was taught wrong before (in my country). Thank you people!
