Our curriculum is designed to improve the decision making skills of a young driver to prepare him/her for the challenging task of driving. Use of multimedia technology in our classes, activities to encourage students to work in groups help us reach this goal; however, above all, we believe that the most important strength of an educational institution should lie in the quality of the instructors.
All programs are taught by Wisconsin State licensed instructors and follow Wisconsin State approved curriculum. Our instructors are experienced and have completed all the requirements of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation to maintain a current license. Our classroom facilities are modern and well-equipped. In our classes we utilize visual aids and provide a pertinent curriculum based on different techniques, attitudes, analysis of traffic situations, and the underlying cause and case studies of driver error.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism The instructor wont pick you from your home although they said they will. we were told "you live too far". New drivers might not have a car yet, how would they commute for a driving lesson? Without proper address validation, why did you accept for the business?

Honestly, I got a perfect score on the test and that should reflect enough about this school and Ark. Even my tester at the DMV noted that Ark's students tend to do very well. Ark was my instructor. He was always on time and was very thorough. And to note, I'm from NYC and I never had to learn how to drive. I've never driven at all before and just got my permit like 3 weeks ago.
So the fact that by the end of it that I was very comfortable and did very well, I think exemplifies how good of a course it was. In regards to the course: I got the 5 lesson package and I was able to use the last 2 lessons for a pre-road test and use his vehicle for the actual test. It was well worth it and he doesn't skip over anything: you'll learn how to parallel park, Y-turn, deal with uncontrolled intersections, be comfortable on the freeway, backup, etc. And I was tested for all of those things so I think I was taught pretty well.
