Classroom sessions concentrate solely on defensive driving and do not waste time with incidental information which may be interesting (e.g. the history of the automobile) but not necessary to be a defensive driver. Classes are taught in a clean, smoke free environment by well trained professional instructors with many years of teaching experience. We use late model, air conditioned, dual controlled vehicles which are safety inspected by the State Highway Patrol.
A spirit of willingness to work out the classes to the convenience of the particular student. We are one of the largest driving schools in Southwestern Ohio. We are a privately owned and operated franchise serving the greater Middletown area, (including Monroe, Trenton and Germantown) and Warren County areas including Springboro, Franklin, Carlisle and Greater Lebanon for more than thirty years.

Be very careful when scheduling here. I wish I would have read the reviews first. My son did his driver's ed classes here and had no issues. After his classes we scheduled his in car sessions in April and there was nothing available until June(that's only because we signed up at Lebanon, otherwise it would be July)My son turns 18 in June so he doesn't have to have in car he just really wanted to do them.
But he graduated high-school and ended up taking a job before he could actually even take the in car portion because they had to schedule so far out. I called to cancel them and was told ZERO refund would be given because they now can't give that spot to another kid. I called on Friday, May 13th to cancel and his first in car would have been June 9th.
I feel that is plenty of time to fill that spot considering they must have a wait list because they need to schedule so far out anyway. I was also told the contract that I signed tells me I wouldn't get a refund. I feel this is very wrong, contract or not considering a good amount of notice time was given and its not because of some ridiculous excuse.
My son physically won't be here to attend. He worked very hard to pay for his in-car himself and I can't believe he can't even get half of the payment back. I will not recommend any of my friend's kids to go here and anywhere I can leave a review I will so people realize they better not have anything important to come up. I think this is absolutely ridiculous!

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, Quality My 16 year old son was treated poorly. The communication was not there. The lady that took him the first day was rude an hateful to my son. We were told the next day the person would be different an it was the same rude lady. I would not recommend this place.

Bick's driving School went out of their way to help my daughter get her certificate. We had a scheduling problem, the office staff and the owner himself made time to help her get her last two in cars sessions done. She took her driving test today and passed, thank you very much for the excellent customer service.

I signed my daughter up for the 8 hrs of in car driving. Shes 19 with little driving experience. I feel this was a complete waste of money. Shes no where near ready to drive. They told me they cover side roads and neighborhoods the 1st class. 2nd class was country roads. 3rd session city and 4th highway. She did side roads and city. I guess 2 out of 4 should be ok. It's not when u pay 450.00 for 8hrs. Unbelievable stupid of me to sign her up. The instructors are very rude.

Had a bad experience (described below) but Steve Tufts was an amazing instructor. He reached out to me about two weeks after posting this review. I'm thankful that Steve could help me. Too bad I couldn't give them zero stars. Called in January to sign up for adult abbreviated in cars. I called multiple days a week and left multiple voicemails and when someone finally answered, they said I couldn't schedule my class until I paid. Makes sense, so I paid $250 over the phone on February 20th.
Since then, I have been calling multiple times A DAY trying to talk to someone and no one answers. I have left MULTIPLE voicemails trying to schedule my in car. Finally, on March 11th, I talked to someone and she said there is no record of my payment. I asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge and she said there is no one else available, despite the fact that I could hear her in the background of the phone call talking to someone named Kevin.
She was of absolutely no help to me. Frustrated, I called back the next day and the same woman answered. I asked to speak to a manager and who gets on the phone? Kevin. After months of trying to schedule my in car, they told me that they do not even offer the adult in car anymore. I paid a month ago and they did not think to call me or let me know? Frustrated with the lack of customer service. Finally, I got my money refunded. Will never recommend this driving school again.
