Lucy is a very nice person. She has no problem at all. I shouldn't say she's mentally ill because I'm not a qualified doctor. She just likes yelling at people for no reason. She can be as rude as she wants. But she demands that you respond nicely to her. Otherwise, she will threaten you that if you don't delete the bad review online, we won't take your child to take the road test or refund your money.
For God's sake, keep the money and find yourself some therapy. I think we're all talking about the same lady here - this Lucy who works at the front desk or receptionist, she's the one sickest human being I've ever met. I couldn't agree more with the following reviews from other people: -'This is one of my most unprofessional encounters. I just recently signed up my 16 yr old for driving lessons. Me trying to"teach" him was just not good for either of us. He was very nervous at the first lesson but, the instructor soon put him at ease. His instructor was friendly, patient and knowledgeable.the lesson was 45 minutes but, he said it went by fast. He is looking forward to his next lesson, I'm getting ready to bring my next teenager to Louie's for lessons. SO worth the money, we are both smiling after the lessons

This is one of my most unprofessional encounters. Lucy is discourteous, ill-mannered and unpleasant. I registered my son to take driving lessons on a particular day in the week at a particular time. His instructor Laurie subsequently made different arrangements for 1:30 pm on a school day(with my son) unknown to me which led to him missing his driving class (he was taking his Regents exams).
No make up class. I called and spoke with Lucy the admin person who was extremely ill mannered and cantankerous. She screamed at me then hung up on me. Note well, I also paid for the use of their vehicle for the driving exam. Subsequent calls go unanswered because it's obvious Lucy is screening my calls. She was unprofessional from our first meeting but I didn't trust my instincts and walk out. Worst experience I've had in the service industry. I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Fair Trade Commission (FTC).

It was truly a awesome experience for my son. He took both his 6 hour course with Louie and really enjoyed it and lessons with his driver instructer Dominic who was super patient and sweet. They made sure he was ready to take his test and pass. Kudus to these guys. Great expierence I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you all

The instructor i was given spoke bad English. I requested a new instructor politely but was refused. The lady on the phone was also very rude to me. If you want a business that treats clients with respect I would not recommend Louie's driving school. I didnt even want to admit to the fact i had trouble understanding him but the lady who works the phone forced me to. The ratings on this site seem inflated.

He has shortened his driving lessons and charges the same price.both of my children failed. He doesn't review or go over what happened or what they need to do next time. Noone gets back to you and they want immediate payment with no receipt. I guess you don't need qualifications. I have plenty of people who ask me if my kids go to driving school, I will surely never recommend this place
