Training Associates

The course is designed for the drivers of passenger cars and light vans/trucks and can be taken in a four, six or eight hour time block. All courses cover the essentials, such as attitude, speed limits & speeding, road rage, DUI, railroad crossings, signs, lights and other markings, control of the vehicle and emergencies.

The basic program is 8-hour but can be presented in shorter, specific topic segments or with expanded segments depending on the needs of the client. The "Pre-Trip Inspection" is such a segment; this segment can be done in approximately 2-hours as classroom only, or expanded to 4 hours with classroom and some hands-on, or up to 6-hours with classroom and extensive item by item hands on coverage. The time depends on the size of the class and amount of practice time requested.

Ed is the president of the company and one of the instructors. After college and a tour in the Air Force, Ed was involved in the health equipment industry in Alabama then moved on to Texas. While in Texas he was introduced to Defensive Driving and found that he loved it.

Morgan Earley was a junior-high school teacher before becoming an RN at Children's Hospital. Morgan holds a college degree in education. He brings a combination of his love for young people and his love for teaching.
