Above and beyond customer service. I purchased this course for my daughter, and unknowingly she purchased it again. I emailed late at night on a Friday and by the next morning, they'd refunded me for the duplicate course. I was so impressed by the quick response and so grateful for the kindness for resolving what was our own error. Thanks again!

My daughter did the online program and never received her certificate. I was looking for a number to call and could not find one, it said to email them. I emailed them and I had a response immediately. They resend the certificate. Im guessing due to covid it may have been lost. Regardless of the inconvenience they went above and beyond to respond in a timely matter and took care of the issue. Thank you!

I am a high school teacher and recommend MyCaliforniaPermit.com to all my Sophomore students. They have great online customer service and supply a helpful Parents page.
