Excellent school, the staff was easy to work with and flexible with payments. Price is very reasonable, the 5 lesson package includes everything you will need. Ask for Mr. Alex, great instructor. I only had five 45min lessons and passed the road test. He will cover everything you will need to know for the road test. The car that I was driving was easy to drive and park with. Overall I really enjoyed coming here, it was a very good experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO PASS THE ROAD TEST!

Two driving schools and so much money I spent elsewhere learning how to drive, I then signed up with Manhattan Driving School because I really needed to get my license already. I knew it had to happen some day, but It took way too long, I had Alex as my instructor and he was excellent. Alex kept it real with me and told me what I need to work on, which he told us at the end of each class.

I got the 5 lesson package since I knew how to drive but need to brush up on my turns and parking. Alex is very professional, and honestly, I don't think you can get better deals like this anywhere. I had tried a few driving schools in the past and they were not so good. Never had the courage to take my road test because I wasn't ready. But I was still driving at times, but I still needed to learn the rules and regulations of the road.

I am also very happy to add that I passed my road test during the late summer. I am happy to recommend Manhattan Driving School to anyone that wants to get the drivers license. The other driving schools simply don't care and only out to get you for your money. Alex, thank you for all your help!

Robert is a great teacher and really cares about his students passing the road test. He has great scheduling is very punctual when he picks up his students for driving lessons! This place is a must MUST go if you want to ace your road test the first time. I highly recommend Alex! My first impression with him was that he was very laid back and super NICE. Unlike the last instructor I had from American Driving School, this place actually have the right people working for them. Alex will tell you every single minor detail you need to know. 



Alex tells you EXACTLY what to do and HOW to do it so there are no questions left to ask.

He is an instructor that really wants you to pass the road test the first time. 
I paid for 5 lessons and the car for the road test. The secretary Claria, was also SO nice. She answered all my questions that I would have and called me on days I would have the driving lessons with Alex. If you want to pass, look no further, I guarantee you will NOT be disappointed in Alex! He is an amazing driving teacher.

I want to thank Manhattan driving school and Alex for putting up with me and my terrible driving skills. On my first lesson I hit the curb and I was so scared to drive, but Alex made me feel very comfortable and by the 2nd lesson I wasn't really scared anymore. I know he had to be scared, but he sure didn't show it. I had 10 lessons and he came right to my house and picked me up and dropped me off.

The price was very reasonable. I was like a crazy lady with questions always buggin the girls who answer the phone in the office and they all were very nice to me and very helpful and answered all my questions. And I passed my road test the first time. I will recommend Manhattan to everyone I know who needs driving lessons or to take a road test. They are the BEST!

I just passed my road test on the first try thanks to Manhattan Driving School. Alex and Robert are the nicest and most caring driving instructors you will ever have. They definitely have the right techniques to help you learn and understand everything. Their methods are so simple and easy to understand. They really want you to succeed and they were there cheering me on every step of the way. Alex always worked with my schedule and my schedule was pretty hectic this summer. Very professional and organized driving school. Alex and his team are terrific! I could not thank them more for their efforts.

I would recommend everybody to go to Manhattans Driving School. Alex was great! Alex focuses on the mistakes you make, so that you don't make them again in the future. Also very attentive and supportive (other driving schools are not like that). I passed on my first try even though it was at Yonkers (apparently one of the harder driving tests).  I signed up for the 10 lesson package. This includes the 5-hour class, the car for the test, and they set up everything for you for the Road test. 

I took the 10 lesson package and passed today, my first time. 

Alex was my instructor, he was the best! Alex was very patient and had comforting way of speaking.

Alex took the time to explain everything to me so that I could apply what I was learning in the car with him. 

The staff works with you to schedule the lessons at a time that is convenient for you and email you in advance to remind you. 

What I really liked about this school - it's a small organization.

The receptionist is very easy to communicate with and remembers you and your situation.

 I took the test and passed on my first try! I am very happy that I went to this driving school and will definitely recommend everyone to go here..

I found this driving school online, the reviews are great! The school is in Yonkers, the prices were affordable compared to other driving schools that charged more in Yonkers, My instructor was Kevin. He gave me bunch of useful tips and advise during my 10 classes with him. We drove in different parts in town, it's fun driving in heavy traffic on central park ave, which is actually a very good practice. 



I had a bad experience with another driving school in Yonkers that just made me drive around in a circle.

I got not during my lessons with them. I had more than 10 classes with the other school and still failed the test about four times. I knew something was wrong, that is why I am really glad I came here. This school is totally worth the money and helped me get the license. Thanks Manhattan Driving School you were the best!

Alex is the man! I have been trying to get my drivers license for almost 2 years and now I am happy to say that I am a license driver all thanks to this driving school. After moving from the Bronx to Yonkers, it's a joy to get around in a car without depending on someone else for a ride. Alex has a brand new car and is an expert at teaching people how to park properly. If you are having issues with anything then go to this driving school. Alex will help you out!!
