School Traffic

The course stopped 2 hrs after and I couldn't continue. Now I'm changing my review to 5 stars because even though I had to open another window to enter again I could finish and everything went well.

Just wanted to know if Kelsey was the only one working for the company. After reviewing many reviews, I noticed that most of the 5 star comments came from "people" that Kelsey helped. that looks a lil suspicious to me. there were few 5 stars reviews for other agents but just about all of them were for Kelsey. Also the bad 1 star reviews looked more authentic. All companies should work on the issues that their companies have and make them better instead of padding the reviews with bogus 5 stars when they should be only 1 star.

I got charged on my card website was stuck on processing payment not email receipt or anything waited for like an hour for someone answer the phone nothing they don't answer the chat either! This seems to be a scam. Really dissapointed

Beyond the worst! Won't refund with a total hassle, not even sure if they are real or a scam. I would suggest NOT using this company! _10 Stars

Damaris was great, she got back to me quickly via email and was very helpful.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, Quality, Value I selected download at home option for my certificate. Like didn't work I email and only got an automated response. Their 1-800 number is just a scam to sell other products this will be reported to BBB if my issue isn't solve ASAP

Kelsey was the best, she resolved my problem in seconds! Would recommend her if assigned. Even tho it took forever, kelsey came in clutch once again

Kelsey was an awesome customer representative to deal with. She was very helpful, and solved my crisis quickly and efficiently. She also helped me pick out names for my new puppy, shared her grandmothers secret chocolate chip recipe, and settled an argument between my two teenage sons. I think she needs a raise, and 2 weeks of paid vacation along with plane tickets to somewhere really cool.

I was stuck processing my order and needed to unlock it because it expired. Kelsey was beyond amazing and patient in helping me get set up. Great communication. I really appreciate Kelsey getting me up and running again.
