My son has completed his training yesterday, and went for his behind-the-wheel test today. Apparently, however, there are things you need to do before they allow you to take the actual test - you need to know how to operate the parking brake, where the windshield defrost is, how to show left/right turn and stop signals with your arms if your lights aren't working properly - which the instructor has never explained to him.
Because of that, we had to reschedule the test, and that takes at least 15 days. I have taken my own test some 20 years ago. I had no memories of such things being required. It is, I believe, the instructor's responsibility to make the student aware. It took us less than three minutes to go over that stuff. I did call the instructor to discuss this, and he confirmed those things were never discussed. His response? "I gave your son a checklist." Really? What a disappointment. I hope other families do not go through the same issue.

I had a great experience here at PC Driving School, Rosalie was my instructor and was very helpful and patient with me, answered all of my questions. I definitely felt safe during my behind the wheel class. Due to Covid, we had to wear masks, and she definitely made safety a priority from screening me, and sanitizing the inside of the car before and after our sessions.
It was very helpful that the instructors came over to pick me up and drop me off at my house, due to my parents busy schedule. The office was very helpful and efficient with scheduling me, and I passed on my test on my first try!

Ive heard many good things from friends and around school. The receptionist was helpful. She explained everything and mentioned possible tardinesses. There is a wall of reviews in the office I knew I came to the right place. My instructor was amazing very friendly and patient. She taught me so much i had no idea how much there was to learn. She helped me get over my fears and i passed and got my license the very first try. PC driving school is the best.

About a month ago I decided to take some drive lessons since nobody in my family has the time to teach me, as I walk into the office I'm greeted by a nice receptionist lady who got me in and out in a fast/polite manner. It seems that they're pretty busy since I had to wait a month to get my first lesson. I'm rating this place 3 stars due to hearing positive things about other instructors as well as the receptionist (Its not fair to them).
My instructor (Larry) showed up earlier than expected (5-10minutes earlier). I was greeted by him nicely, everything was nice and good. We start going on the road and of course I make some mistakes but this guy seemed really impatient with me and had some anger issues. Literally looks like he's on the verge of screaming to get his point across (he already had his voice pretty loud).
Every time he would instruct me to do something such as slow down I'd be; "SLOW DOWN SLOW DOWN SLOW DOWN" with an irritated tone. It made me seriously uncomfortable and a lot more nervous than I already had to be. Maybe I'll come back and give another instructor a shot but for now I think I'll go somewhere else.

***This is only for the person answering the phone*** I left a detailed message and she called me back saying, "I missed a call from this number." Not, "Hello, this is so and so from PC Driving. I actually listened to the message you took the time to leave and therefore am prepared to speak with you. How can I help you schedule your child's drivers training?" Lost 2nd star because she never told me her name nor even asked mine. 3rd star went bye bye because she is beyond incompetent. I had to repeat most things two or three times and she still got things wrong. She was heavy with the "ums." 4th star was taken for wasting my time. Had she listened to my call and known why she was speaking with me, she should have lined up several appointment options.

If I could rate them with no stars I would, unfortunately Yelp requires that I give them at least one. First off, the woman instructor who claimed to be the owner showed up 20 mins late. As soon as she pulled up to pick up my daughter she started yelling at us about her personal problems at home and blaming them for being late. She also said and I quote "you want me to be evil with your daughter?" At that point I decided to take my business elsewhere.
