Advantage Driving School

Had my first lesson today with Noel. I was nervous, but he made the experience very comfortable and calm. He brought us to a quiet residential area to practice, which I appreciated. His direction was clear and his approach was very calm and confident-it really helped me to also feel calm and confident.or at least, calm and less nervous! The time passed by very quickly and I felt like I learned a lot. Looking forward to my next lesson with Noel in a few weeks time.

Terrible experience and huge waste of money. I had a driving lesson with Noel on 4/28/22 and I really wish I would've went elsewhere for driving lessons. I told him right off the bat that I had terrible anxiety and everything was going okay at first, but then he had me do the same kind of turn numerous times and I wasn't turning the wheel how he wanted me to (it just wasn't clicking for me) no matter how many times he showed me how to do it or how many times I practiced it while in park, I just couldn't make the turn how he was telling me to do so (why couldn't we just move on to something else) It wasn't like the turns I was making were necessarily bad, it's just that my hand placements on the wheel were not what he wanted.

He proceeded to tell me he was frustrated because I wasn't doing as he said, and I said "I'm not doing it purposefully." And he says "yeah but you have to understand my frustration with you because you're not doing what I'm telling you to do over and over. At least I'm being patient with you and not yelling at you like another driving instructor would." Excuse me?

I'm paying 150 dollars, of course no one should be yelling at me. The entire time he had a very poor attitude and sarcasm that was unprofessional. At one point I was told to drive after being parked for a few minutes and I ask "should I just go straight?" And he replies with "well there's no where else to go" Just an overall unpleasant person and I don't care how soft you talk, that doesn't make you a patient person.

I chose to end the session an hour and a half early because I could not stay in the car with someone as unprofessional and rude as him. Overall, this experience has lead me to believe this company is just unprofessional as a whole, and I would advise anyone interested in getting lessons from here or for your child, to not do it and look elsewhere. Waste of time and $150.

Great instructors, very helpful with my twins in attaining their licenses. Jeff and Noel are very knowledgeable.

Athena is a well experienced instructor. She's very patient and understanding. I took one hour practice session with her and passed my behind the wheel test. Shes very friendly and informative, the total package your looking for in an instructor. I definitely recommend her and the Advantage Driving School.

I am thankful that I chose Ms. Athena 100% Highly recommend, I felt nervous to do my driving lesson because it was my first time doing it with no experience. But she made me feel very confident about it. She was also fun to be with, kind, knowledgeable, smiling, happy and a very calm instructor, She made it exciting. Ms Athena also helped me a lot, she didn't yell at me, even if I made mistakes several times she has a lot of patience.

If you can get her as your instructor you should do it. She's the perfect person to be your instructor. I have made my second schedule for driving lesson with her and I am look forward to it. Flor

My son was excited to learn how to drive and the instructors were very patient and helpful with tips about passing the DMV test.

These guys did a great job and helped my daughter learn all she needed to learn to prepare for her drivers test. She aced the test, thanks to their help. The owner, Randy Zimmer is a great guy, and his staff is extremely professional.

I'm just so thankful to my 3 instructors Adrian, Noel and Michael. You guys are amazing! I passed my behind the wheel on the first try, I still can't believe it! I am looking forward for my son to go to your driving lessons hopefully soon. Adrian Vo you are the best, thank you so much! Take care!

My daughter was all smiles after each lesson and she learned so much. She had great confidence going in for her driver's test. And when she passed, the first person she wanted to tell was her Advantage driving teacher. He was great- friendly, calming, always on time, and had wonderful communication.
