Heritage Auto School

This is a very late review, but Alice was super helpful in finding driving lessons that worked with my schedule. My driving instructor, Adam, gave me great driving tips that helped me pass my test and he was also very patient. Overall, 10/10 I would definitely recommend the heritage auto school!

Passed my CDL class A road test today and I couldn't be anymore thankful to Heritage Auto School/staff which were super nice and friendly but especially my instructor Brian! He went above and beyond to get me ready for my road test. All of his instructions and techniques were explained very thorough and detailed. He made me feel comfortable and confident throughout all my lessons and I am super happy to have achieved this big goal of getting my Class A license with Heritage Auto School! Highly highly recommend!

I went to this driving school to see how I could Remove a Restriction that was on my CDL License. Class A Restriction (N2) do not drive vehicles with a capacity of more than 8 passengers. even though I have passenger endorsement. It is a Restriction that to Remove it you have to take the Road Test in a Class B vehicle or school bus. I respectfully went to your office in New Rochelle and was attended by a lady who could never give me answers to my questions, even I tried to show her some information that I had. and she told me that I didn't have to look at anything I felt a little embarrassed by her Answer.

I personally told the Lady if she could talk to someone who could provide me with the information I was looking for. The Lady called a Gentleman by phone, I don't remember his name and they agreed that they would call me to let me know the information I was looking for, they never called me. A week ago I came back and called by phone and I was able to talk to (Alice) and she told me that they would call me and again they didn't call me.

I was ready to take the training with Heritage Driving school but after so much disinterest on their part I realize that it would have been a very bad idea. Luckily there are many schools in NY and NJ so I did my research and found one that gave me the Answer and I even started with them. Thanks to your attention and service, I was able to make a better decision.

Today I passed my CDL Class B road test, thanks to Rich! Rich was very patient from start to finish, taught me exactly what I needed to know as well as what was going to be expected of me. I was able to pass on my first try thanks to him, I can guarantee that would have not been the case if I did not receive his guidance. Once again thanks to Rich & Alice at heritage for assisting with all my questions, and being patient and confident in me throughout the entire process. I will continue to recommend this school to the highest degree.

As a recent student and now a fully licensed truck driver, I want to show my immense gratitude to Brian, Adam and Staff at Heritage CDL School. When I first started with Brian, 2 months ago, I came from another CDL school, having exhausted a substantial amount of money& quite frustrated do to the fact that I wasn't receiving proper instructions from my lessons from prior school. However, upon switching to Heritage CDL I finally felt encouraged by Brian, not only was he precise in teaching me what I needed to master, he was very patient and because of this my confidence was elevated & I passed my road test smoothly.

My true belief is that had it not been for Heritage, it would've been a challenging road test to pass. I'm grateful for their dedication, diligence & encouragement. #1 in my book!
