Our highly acclaimed program consists of 32 classroom hours or 30 online hours and 6 hours of 1-on-1, behind-the-wheel training and 6 hours of driving observation. All our vehicles have dual brakes and are "Approved and Regulated by the Colorado Department of Revenue, Motor Vehicle Business Group, Driver License Section.".

I have been trying to get my license for months, I have scheduled all 3 of my driving times multiple times and I was canceled on for all 3 times. The cancellation was the morning of, every time. But if I cancel the morning of, I have to pay 30 dollars. I just want to get my license, it shouldn't be this hard and I keep having to delay it because of anshor.

I don't remember the name but the way she treated my daughter during her test is unacceptable. Grabbing the wheel, not giving her time to react cause the wheel was all the way cranked, not listening to her when she said she couldn't see over the hood, and since she couldn't she went passed the line at the stop sign and she docked points off.
Then proceeded to have an attitude when my daughter couldn't find the trunk button cause it was a new car for her. I believe her name was Chris or Kris I don't remember fully.

Let me first say Mr. K Smith is a kind informative instructor. I felt very terrified and nervous taking my driving test but Mr. K helped calm me down and stay relaxed. He told me the steps of the driving lesson making sure I understood. During the driving test I followed each direction making sure safety was key as well, It was fun. I recommend going here either for classes or driving, instructors are really nice. Best experience I had, don't be afraid just take the giant leap I believe in you.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They have horrible customer service. My daughter had a driving test scheduled with Christine Davis and she doesn't belong in her line of work. They're supposed to be providing a type of customer service and know that people are already nervous about being watched, let alone that my daughter is only familiar with her car.
First Christine got mad that my daughter couldn't find the trunk release and that she had to go around to pop it and then pull out a pad to boost her up. Then as they were starting to back out, my daughter didn't know that the wheel was already cranked and rather than give her a second to straighten out, Christine reached over and immediately grabbed the wheel.
So they were off to a horrible start right from the beginning, rather than trying to put my daughter at ease at all. After they got back, we weren't even a few feet out of the door and my daughter burst into tears over the way that Christine had talked to her. When I went back in to ask her about how to get in contact with her manager, she told me Chris@anshor.
I specifically asked her C-H-R-I-S? She said yes and then I continued to ask 'and that's at anshor or anshordriving?' And she said just 'anshor.' I thought this seemed fishy because the names being so close, so I called to try to see if I could get someone to answer to verify this and got a recording. The recording said I could contact KRIS@anshordriving.
So she lied to me about both the spelling and driving part being added on. Then when KRIS Klemmer, the manager called me, she wasn't any better. I NEVER asked that they pass my daughter, I wanted to make them aware of the crappy service Christine provided. However, Kris talked to Christine before me and only wanted to hear her side. She told me that she's never known her to act like that and my daughter did fail (again, never asked them to pass her) and that My daughter walked out on Christine while she was going over everything with her.
Which is another lie she told because my daughter didn't do that, I was four or five feet from them the whole time they were talking. NEVER GO HERE. Crap service and employees and management. They charge more for their horrible service than other places with better reviews.

To Kris and Kurt; I want to say thank you so much! You took my anxiety and fear away! I was so nervous I couldn't sleep or eat and you made it so easy for me thank you very very much ! Best wishes and safe driving ~K To all parents and students or people just trying to get your license; I was a nervous train wreck and they helped me and made an appointment for me as soon as possible and worked with me!
They took my fears of driving and made it fun and feel super safe which really helped me pass my test! I cannot tell you how wonderful this place truly is! It's super clean really friendly the drive instructor gives clear as day instruction(s) and over all if I could give 1000+ stars to this place I would! Hands down amazing!

Hi i went in to do a driving test was my first time experience was awesome 30min went fast before i know it i was already back done over with passed it woohoo never had a licence this was a great first time awesome experience i recommend K SMITH HE WAS GREAT. Made me feel very comfortable went in scared came out happyer has ever. Explained it all was able to understand. THANK YOU K SMITH YOU MADE MY DAY GREAT

Critical: Communication, Professionalism The instructor for the second time was an hour late for the driving portion. So we left. This is very unprofessional and there was no communication to say they were going to be late. Had I known this to be the case I would've went somewhere else for my child.

I registered my son online, and from the website, it appeared that the classroom sessions could be done at his high school (the website is VERY misleading). However, I found out that it had to be done in Greeley. We decided to do online instead with another driving school, so I called to get a refund of the fees paid. This was only two days after paying.
I was told a refund would be processed in a few days. Well, three weeks later, I still had no credit on my credit card. So, called again, spoke with the same gentleman, who said he would have to speak with his supervisor. Three days later, still no refund. I'm still out $435 for absolutely nothing. This is a poor excuse for a company! If this is how they run their business, I definitely don't want my son learning to drive from them!

Just ask them. they will tell you that they have great customer service. Yeah - not my experience. They don't seem to have enough drivers (for the 3 x 2 hour required drives + driving test) to accommodate the number of students they are putting through the class. "Our" driver is scheduled out through the end of August - and it is the middle of JUNE! Not sure what other options are available out there - but not going through Anshor for my next kiddo.
