I would of loved to get driving lessons here. But the lady who I talked to on the phone was rude and talked over me the whole time. Please fix your website to not show you can pay for adult driving lessons. It says for programs you can't pay and to call but it isn't clear about private lessons. The website shouldn't have an add to cart option it is confusing. Thank you.

The employee who takes the phone calls is incredibly impatient and rude. Refuses to answer questions and is immediately aggressive when questioned about her attitude. She refused to provide me someone else to speak with and made the decision without my knowledge to unenroll my son from the class! Student drivers should not be penalized for poor customer service ratings. Very disappointed!

Critical: Communication, Professionalism The employee who takes the phone calls is incredibly impatient and rude. Refuses to answer questions and is immediately aggressive when questioned about her attitude. She hung up on me three timeswhen all I was asking if there was a way for her to get the instructor to contact me. She threatened to contact the DOL as a means to scare me.

I regret not reading the reviews for this comapny before trying to sign my son up for classes. Unfortunatly, I was only concerned with looking for a local, black owned company. I was ignorant in assuming that a company that had been in business for 18 years could possibly have such awful customer service reputation, no respect for their customers, no admition of fault or even capable of picking up the phone to let their customers know that they had been removed from the program, without notice and try to help us work around a simple miscommunication. My son is the only one who lost this game. I will be enrolling him in a commercial program next.

The impression I get from this school is all they really care about is the money. It's already extremely expensive as it is. My daughter missed one drive and the instructor was aggressive with his demeanor when we showed up for her next drive barking at her that she had missed it. He kept talking over her and myself with his terrible and unprofessional communication skills when we we're try to figure out exactly what was going on and when exactly she had missed the drive.
You have to pay 50 dollars if your child misses a drive or they won't allow you to take any more of the scheduled drives. In a very rude tone he says "So who's gonna pay the 50 dollars? " Then again today when we arrived, Constance, the woman employee was barking orders at us. I understand the guidelines for Covd. They are nothing new, applies to all public places.
We're were following them staying 6 feet apart. Barking at me to give the payment to my daughter to come up to the counter. I chose to pay with my debit card which IS an acceptable form of payment and I thought safer than cash. She seemed unpleased with my method of payment and reiterated that she suggested we pay in cash over the phone. SORRY!, I'm not going to let you pocket my money.
Any interaction I've had with the staff at this school has given me major anxiety. Any time I've had to call or speak in person I've been very polite to these people except when the guy jumped down our throats and I felt that I had to go into protective mommy mode talking to my daughter the way he did. I've regretted the decision to sign my daughter up with this school and feel I could have received a much better and more professional experience for my daughter and myself some place else.

This place is a scam and a sham. I paid in full a year ago for my stepdaughter to attend classes. This price was to include the fees for the written, as well as the drive. For various reasons, she was unable to to take the drive test to complete her license requirements. Flash forward to a few months back and in order to renew her permit for driving practice, the DOL required her to pass the knowledge test.
We were informed by superior driving school that they would forward her knowledge test results that she passed and get her permit. This actually worked and we renewed her permit. Flash forward to now. Superior Driving School no longer does drive tests, so we lose that value automatically. Now we've gone to a company down the road to do the drive test and were informed that the DOL has no record of her written exam.
We were told that is what it took to get her new driving permit! So Superior lied. They never sent it. They sent some kind of waiver, but never told us. So the other driving school told her she had to do the written exam again before the drive test -- at cost. So we asked Superior if we could at least take the written test for free and they refused.
So now we had to pay the other company for two things that superior originally offered in their package. So in summation, Superior Driving School doesn't honor its deals. They incorrectly inform you that they sent info to the DOL and when you realise they were bullshitting you, they won't even offer anything in return. You know. The stuff you already paid for. So I paid $700.00 for a couple days of lousy classes and lousy drives, and never even got the items done that we are all paying for. The tests for the damn license.

I love it here I Highly recommend going to this driving school than any others! First off its a pretty small class so you build relationships with your peers and the instructor (Wille). Also the driving instructors are both awesome. I learned a lot from this driving school and will definitely get people to come here!
