They really helped me to pass my driving test in 2020. As soon as I got BTW practice with Douglas in Truckee it's really worked out and I got my first driver license. Thank you, Douglas!

If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff worked with us, were always polite, encouraging, gave ideas. Not one bad experience. Thanks for everything. My daughter passed on the first try!

Our son went thru last year and our daughter will this year. Julie was so patient and amazing behind the wheel with our son. We don't hesitate to recommend EZ driving to our friends with teens!

Not recommended. E-Z Way's instructor was 90 minutes late for our son's first appointment. Bad first impression. For the second appointment, they didn't show up at all. When our son called to find out what happened, they told him his appointment was scheduled for the following day at 10am - contrary to what he was told on the phone when he made the 2nd appointment.

Much later that same day, they then switched his appointment time to 8am instead. This is not acceptable. My son has wasted a total of 5 hours of his time with no communication from the school regarding their own internal scheduling issues. We are going to request a refund for the remaining sessions. Businesses who can't communicate, can't schedule properly, and don't respect the time (money) of their customers simply do not deserve to remain in business. Fortunately, there are other schools in the area for us to choose from. Buyer beware!

My eldest also went through your driving school in 2015 and we received excellent care, customer service and driving instruction all the way through. You always answer the phone and you dealt adeptly with the COVID-19 interruptions. Also, in 2015 my son wanted to save $25 (cuz I made him pay for his drivers' ed) and take the written exam/training course online from a competitor.what a mistake! Turns out their certification lapsed and he had to retake it with YOU! You're a champ! Thanks for being a part of our cherished family memories, Shelly!

They are awesome. They gave me some really good tips for safe driving which helped me to pass the test in first attempt. My driving tutor Kim was very experienced and ensured that I know all the rules before i go for behind the wheel test.

I couldn't be more satisfied. Kim is an awesome instructor and helped us teach my son to drive safely. Scheduling was easy and flexible. I would definitely recommend EZ driving to others.

This is thee best driving school in town. Their instructor Kim is a gem. Extremely knowledgeable and on point. She will make sure you are aware of everything you need to know to be a safe and effective driver. Very clear instructions and tons of little tips and tricks to get their students ready for the road! Absolutely the best in town!

Horrible service, I paid for over $300 worth of services, and received a single lesson after over half a year. I'm both insulted, and irritated with the lack of professionalism here.

Horrible customer service, I scheduled three lessons at the end of summer, and I've received one of the three lessons so far, only after several unanswered emails and call. My lesson was at the beginning of November, and I was told I would be contacted shortly, and I am still waiting on a response. I am deeply unsatisfied, and would not recommend this place to anyone else.

Awesome Driving School! They answered all my "silly" questions professionally and patiently. Both my kids have driven with them. Dave & Bob are great. Thank you EZ Way. You have our trust!

This company was fantastic! The woman who answers the phone is always friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to talk to. They were able to get my daughter in and she just completed her third and final lesson. They used the same driver for all three lessons, which was very nice. Great company, great customer service, and would recommend to anyone!

The best learning experience I have ever had. My instructor Dave Kelly was very funny and extremely flexible with my schedule. He showed me the ropes of the road in a quick, easy, and fun way. After each lesson I always looked forward to the next. I highly recommend EZ way driving school.

I have learned a LOT driving with my instructor. Kim is a delight and provides constructive criticism in a tasteful manner, all while believing in her students. I went from a hesitant, anxious driver, to a cautious yet confident one!
